Ombo Rest Camp offers daily guided Ostrich & Crocodile tours on the farm for both large and small groups.

For school-groups (Educational Trip) we give a special rate included with light meals/juice or milkshakes – kindly ask for a quotation by mail!

During the tour guests are able to touch and feed our ostriches as they are hand raised and tame. Ombo Rest Camp has a variety of land turtles to be seen, learn more about Lisie our Nile crocodile and view a variety of lovebird species which fly around wild here in Namibia. Since the tour is near our waterhole, you may get the chance to view the other wild animals we have: springbuck, waterbuck and giraffes.

All Bungalows are situated close to the waterhole/feeding area, from which you will be able to view the wild animals directly from the comfort of your bungalow.

As the restaurant is close to the waterhole/feeding area, you can view the wild animals, when enjoying a meal or drink!

A-la-Carte restaurant is opened daily (even walk-ins, are more than welcome).

Wild animals are fed daily at 9h00 in the mornings!

Tours Daily: From 09h00 mornings to 12h00 and again from 14h00 to 16h00 (approximately 25mins).
